PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time (United Kingdom): 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated total delivery time (United Kingdom): 7 to 10 business days

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 17:00 (UK time / GMT) are processed the same day.

Orders placed after Friday 17:00 (UK time / GMT) will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can also track your order directly via our “Track My Order” page.

SHIPPING COSTS

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once an order is in transit, we are no longer able to modify the delivery address.

If a change of address is required, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@getveln.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY & ADDRESS ERRORS

Cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been prepared for shipment.

We recommend submitting your cancellation request within 24 hours after purchase.

Once the item has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for any refund requests.

We encourage customers to carefully check their delivery address before completing an order.

Address corrections can only be made while the order is still being processed.

VELN cannot be held responsible for orders returned due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery and immediately contacting our customer support team.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact us at contact@getveln.com and include photos of the product and its packaging.
